Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Product Manager to lead the product planning and marketing for its Electric Heat portfolio, ensuring the portfolio remains market-relevant and profitable for the business. This role oversees lifecycle management, requirements gathering, and portfolio viability across the lifecycle of multiple products.

The position requires coordinating with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory and Legal teams to develop compelling collateral and successful product

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in product management, brand management, market management, or engineering management.
• Experience in the industrial process industry preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead product planning and product marketing processes for new and existing products to ensure portfolio profitability.
• Manage the portfolio lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing technology and customer requirements.
• Define and maintain product line viability and scoping across internal organizations.
• Develop technical marketing collateral and support materials for sales and customers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, and Legal to drive product launches and changes.
