Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer for SLED to drive technical go-to-market in public sector accounts. You will own discovery, architectures, and PoCs, while ensuring successful onboarding, health, and expansion across municipal and educational IT environments.

You’ll partner with Account Executives to align technical solutions with business value, lead QBRs, and act as a trusted advisor from onboarding through renewal.

Qualifications

• Public Sector: SLED, Local Government, or Municipal agencies.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Broad technical expertise: web security, networking, cloud infra.
• Commercial mindset with quota-carrying experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and build bespoke architectures and demos.
• Onboard and implement with the customer; manage health and expansion.
