Job summary

Ladders seeks a Senior Customer Engineer - LATAM to join our team as a key technical partner across the sales cycle. You will help customers understand how data architecture and analytics support business goals, working with Account Executives, senior technical stakeholders, and post-sales teams to shape proofs-of-concept and ensure value carries into implementation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS sales engineering or related role.
• Proficient in SQL, dbt, Python, or BI tools.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (GCP, Redshift, Snowflake).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor across the sales cycle.
• Help customers understand data architecture and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and post-sales teams on proofs-of-concept.
• Ensure value translates into implementation and ongoing success.
• Influence decisions in LATAM markets and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Develop relationships with technical stakeholders and share product insights.
• Bridge technical and business teams to define success metrics.
• Apply best practices to POC engagements and drive revenue growth.
