Job summary

Reap LATAM seeks a senior technical CX engineer for LATAM shift. You will own L2/L3 tech support across product lines, investigate and resolve complex client issues end-to-end with ownership.

You’ll work with Snowflake/Metabase, New Relic, and API integrations, build runbooks, and partner with Engineering and Product to reduce incidents. Fluency in Spanish required; Portuguese a plus. Remote role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role with direct client exposure in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Fluent Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus for Brazil coverage.
• Experience in a 24/7 support team with cross-timezone handoffs.
• Ability to read and debug REST APIs and write basic SQL for data investigation.
• Knowledge of observability tooling such as New Relic or Datadog.

Responsibilities

• Own L2/L3 technical support across all product lines during the LATAM shift — triaging, investigating, and resolving complex client issues end-to-end with full ownership.
• Lead technical investigations across multiple systems — Snowflake/Metabase for data, New Relic for API logs, Reap admin for account state, diagnosing root causes.
• Drive engineering escalations with structured evidence packs and client impact summaries for fast action.
• Build and maintain real relationships with LATAM clients as a technical partner over time.
• Spot patterns, surface product gaps and integration risks before incidents.
