Entegris is seeking a Senior Customer Enablement Operations Specialist to join the North America Customer Enablement organization, supporting the Global Strategic Customer (GSC) team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of customer-facing experience in operations, supply, inventory, service, or fulfillment.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, automation, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work across multiple functions and levels with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the GSC Customer Enablement Team with analysis, reporting, and operational support to enable proactive customer engagement and issue resolution.
• Analyze supply gaps, inventory concerns, shipment issues, backlog challenges, and service disruptions to identify root causes and support resolution.
• Provide data-driven insights for customer discussions, operational reviews, and business reviews.
• Develop customer-facing reports, scorecards, dashboards, and business reviews to improve visibility.
• Standardize reporting formats and data visualization across the team.
• Use Excel, Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, and other tools to automate reporting and improve data integrity.
