Job summary

Entegris, Inc. seeks a Senior Specialist, Supply Chain to manage escalations and optimize end-to-end supply chain performance.

You will collaborate with global planning, manufacturing, and operations to address shortages, cross-plant constraints, and delivery risks while providing data-driven risk assessments and contingency plans. Reporting to the Director of Global Supply Chain Planning, the role focuses on improving ERP settings, Power BI reporting, and cross-functional execution to reduce

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ supply chain management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Industrial Distribution.
• Proficient in Excel/Access; experience with complex databases.
• SAP MRP/ERP knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills with statistical methods for stock levels.
• Effective communication and influence across teams.
• APICS certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve shortages and cross-plant issues or delays within the supply chain process.
• Develop contingency action plans to address potential disruptions.
• Communicate risk, tradeoffs, and scenarios to stakeholders and leadership.
• Represent the Global Supply Planning team during operations planning and leadership reviews.
• Manage and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Analyze data and performance to identify areas for improvement (ERP and Power BI).
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with departments to align supply chain activities with business goals.
