Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Enablement Operations Specialist to join the North America Customer Enablement organization, supporting the GSC team from a remote AZ location or in MN.

You will turn customer data into actionable insights, drive proactive issue resolution, and improve supply continuity across functions. Responsibilities include analysis, reporting, and automation using Excel, Power BI, SAP, and Salesforce, with a focus on standardizing processes and delivering timely,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience (3–5 years)
• Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and develop practical solutions
• Advanced Excel skills: data analysis, automation, Power Query, dashboards
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work across multiple functions and levels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with ownership, urgency, and attention to detail
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for improving customer experience

Responsibilities

• Support the GSC Customer Enablement Team with analysis, reporting, and operational support.
• Analyze supply gaps, inventory concerns, shipment issues, backlog, and service disruptions to identify root causes.
• Apply customer-facing problem-solving to support complex challenges and timely resolution.
• Provide analysis for customer discussions, operational reviews, and business reviews.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Commercial teams.
• Analyze forecast, inventory, shipment, backlog, consumption, and demand trends for risks and insights.
• Develop customer-facing reports, scorecards, dashboards, and business review materials.
• Standardize reporting formats across the team; develop templates and data visuals.
• Use Excel, Power BI, SAP, Salesforce to automate reporting and improve data integrity.
• Support escalations with data gathering, risk assessment, and actionable recommendations.
• Identify risks and support mitigation plans to protect supply continuity.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase reporting efficiency and customer experience
