Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is hiring a Senior Specialist, Customer Enablement to act as the primary NA OEM contact for mature product lines, ensuring alignment with customer priorities and recurring revenue.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, forecasting, consignment management, and issue resolution. The position supports multiple locations (Chaska, MN; Burnet, TX; Aurora, IL) with focus on delivering CXI metrics and continuous improvement in customer enablement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–8 years in sales or customer enablement, including at least 2 years in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Strong Excel skills; SAP experience strongly preferred; deep knowledge of semiconductor materials and product applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary NA OEM enablement contact for mature product lines and recurring revenue.
• Drive customer alignment meetings to align build plans with priorities.
• Use Delivery Priority Codes in SAP to document prioritization and align with global partners.
• Lead resolution of high-priority customer, product, supply and service issues across internal teams.
• Develop and maintain forecasts for NA OEM accounts, aligned with business objectives.
• Drive global communication across sites, regions and teams for priorities and commitments.
• Manage consignment inventory programs and minimize stale inventory.
• Partner with Finance to resolve escalated accounts receivable issues.
• Oversee product allocations to optimize customer satisfaction aligned with CXI metrics.
• Participate in semi-annual business reviews with Key Account Managers.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration to improve on-time shipments and efficiency.
• Ensure timely communication of quality notifications and PCNs across assigned NA OEM accounts.
