Job summary

Entegris, Inc. seeks a Senior Specialist, Customer Enablement to serve NA OEM accounts from Chaska MN, Burnet TX or Aurora IL. You will own customer satisfaction and revenue-support activities for mature product lines and recurring revenue.

You will drive cross-functional issue resolution, develop forecasts for key accounts, manage consignment programs, and participate in business reviews to align priorities with global teams and CXI metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
5–8 years in sales or customer enablement, with at least 2 years in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
Strong Excel skills; SAP experience strongly preferred; deep knowledge of semiconductor products and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary CE point of contact for North America OEM accounts.
Lead resolution of high-priority customer, product, and service issues.
Develop forecasts for NA OEM accounts and ecosystem demand.
Drive global communication and align priorities across sites and internal teams.
Manage consignment inventory programs and optimize allocations.
Collaborate with Finance to resolve accounts receivable issues.
Participate in semi-annual business reviews with Key Account Managers.
Champion cross-functional collaboration to improve on-time shipments.
