Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Senior Customer Enablement Operations Specialist in Chaska, MN (or remote in AZ) to support the Global Strategic Customer team. You will turn customer data into actionable insights, drive proactive issue resolution, and improve supply continuity through standardized reporting and dashboards.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Commercial teams, using Excel, Power BI, SAP, and Salesforce to automate reporting and strengthen

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 3–5 years of customer-facing problem-solving experience.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and develop practical solutions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, automation, Power Query, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills across functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support the GSC Customer Enablement Team with analysis, reporting, and operational support for proactive engagement.
• Analyze supply gaps, inventory concerns, shipment issues, backlogs, and service disruptions to identify root causes.
• Provide analysis for customer discussions, reviews, supply continuity, and escalation management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support continuity and execution.
• Develop customer-facing reports, dashboards, summaries, and business review materials.
• Use Excel, Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, and other tools to automate reporting and improve data integrity.
• Support escalations with data gathering, risk assessment, and recommendations.
