Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Scaled Customer Education Specialist to drive at-scale training for Scale segment (Commercial & Mid-market) across one:many programs, live webinars, and cohort-based sessions. You will guide customers through structured journeys, making complex platform concepts accessible and actionable, across transportation, construction, field services, and other industries.

This role emphasizes designing and delivering training that improves safety, efficiency, and sustainability

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience delivering at-scale programs and live webinars or vILT to external audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
• Ability to develop digital learning assets using AI models and authoring/editing tools.
• Working grasp of instructional design with clear learning objectives.
• Self-directed and analytical with ability to learn new products quickly.
• Ability to analyze engagement data and iterate content accordingly.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver and facilitate cohort-based one:many programs for customers from onboarding to advanced adoption.
• Design experiences linking physical and digital assets to live sessions or Community experiences.
• Produce and adapt training materials to reflect product changes and audience needs.
• Leverage internal tools and platforms to optimize training delivery.
• Demonstrate platform expertise and handle a wide range of customer questions during live sessions.
• Manage all live session logistics including registration, delivery, Q&A, polls, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with CS Scale and Education teams to shape content and gather feedback from events.
• Identify knowledge gaps and partner with CS and Product to address them.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
