Job summary

Drata is building an industry-leading customer education function. We are seeking a senior Learning & Development Specialist to own the Academy and Admin Certification programs, shaping the way thousands of security and compliance practitioners learn and succeed with Drata.

You'll lead strategy, roadmaps, and quality standards, partnering with Product, CS, Marketing, and Support to ensure education scales with product releases and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in customer education, learning & development, or instructional design at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record building or maturing a customer education program across companies at different stages.
• Experience designing L&D programs for Enterprise and SMB customers with diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and mature the Drata Academy program with roadmap, curriculum, and content standards.
• Launch and own the Drata Admin Certification program from design to renewal.
• Drive education impact using AI, data, and KPI tracking.
• Integrate education across the Digital CS ecosystem with guidance tools and community learning.
