Job summary

Drata is building a world-class customer education function, seeking a senior Learning & Development Specialist to own program design, certifications, and the content ecosystem across Enterprise and SMB customers. You will lead strategy, roadmap, and collaboration with Product, CS, Marketing, and Support within the Digital CS framework.

You'll drive AI-enabled content creation, measurement of outcomes, and cross-functional alignment, with a clear path to growing the team as the function matures.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in customer education, learning & development, or instructional design at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience designing L&D programs for Enterprise and SMB customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and mature the Drata Academy program with roadmap, content, and architecture.
• Design distinct learning experiences for Enterprise vs SMB customers.
• Launch and own the Drata Admin Certification program from curriculum to credentialing.
• Integrate AI and data to drive education KPIs and impact.
