Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Burlington, NJ seeks a Call Taker to join our dispatch team. You will answer service calls, enter data, and provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers. Hybrid work with in-office three days a week and remote the rest of the week.

Requires 1–2 years of related experience, a HS Diploma or GED, and strong verbal/written communication. Proficiency in MS Office and multitasking are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, strong attention to detail, organized and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding service to customers calling the dispatch team for service.
• Responds to routine customer inquiries via live call or Email as needed.
• Provides follow through on any special customer needs in a timely manner.
