Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone, ensuring a high level of service.
• Greet customers and provide directions, information, and assistance as needed.
• Explain rental terms and vehicle features and upsell optional services when appropriate.
• Perform basic administrative and billing support tasks as required.
