Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr at our Burlington, VT area. This part-time role supports both internal and external customers face-to-face, handling rental needs and administrative tasks, with training provided and merit-based increases possible.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour based on a 25-hour work week, with opportunities for annual merit raises. Benefits include employee discounts, a retirement plan, and development programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have two years of college experience and/or customer service experience combined.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. drivers license.
• Must live within a reasonable 1-hour commute to the location within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers arriving on the lot using prescribed dialogue.
• Check for personal belongings and handle lost items per policy.
• Advise on rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Inquire about service and satisfaction; document any dissatisfaction.
• Check vehicles for damage and direct customers to complete reports.
• Ensure fuel policy compliance and full-tank status where applicable.
• Process service alerts for mechanical or body damage reported.
• Identify vehicles on system hold and verify movement to correct lot location.
• Keep the lot organized for easy access and traffic flow.
• Understand CDW/Emerald Aisle/Choice processes and related rental documents.
