Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Sr Customer Care Specialist to support clients in a hybrid role, based in the Phoenix or Atlanta metropolitan areas. The position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to navigate multiple platforms to manage client records and transactions.

You will handle onboarding guidance, outbound status updates, and proactive communications, building lasting relationships while meeting performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Salesforce experience is a strong plus.
• Auction/logistics knowledge is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in all knowledge base requirements to resolve clients’ needs.
• Proficient in platforms, systems, and tools used to maintain client records and transactions.
• Document conversations to ensure handoff continuity and client profile accuracy.
• Manage high volume of tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Identify client needs, research issues and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage clients with best-in-class service.
• Meet or exceed established key performance criteria.
• Provide excellent client service and advocacy.

• Assist clients with onboarding and guidance on next steps.
