Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of customer service or contact center experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to customers, clients and vendors.
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails and SMS.
• Identify client needs and research issues to provide solutions.
• Work across the organization to resolve client requests.
• Communicate how to use customer-facing tools.
