Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a part-time Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) at the Ashland, OR location. You will handle in-person and phone-based customer interactions, assist with reservations and rate quotes, and support branch operations.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, sales of optional protections, and accurate processing of returns and billing tasks. Training is provided locally, with a robust benefits package including PTO and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• At least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolution.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks, ARs, and miscellaneous tasks.
• Provide high level customer service in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers, provide directions, and assist as needed.
• Assess rental condition on return and process returns/check-ins.
• Market the company while picking up or dropping off customers safely.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and other services; upsell optional protections.
• Notify management of any vehicle issues or maintenance needs.
• Clean vehicle interiors/exteriors as required and perform basic admin tasks.
