Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) to deliver exceptional customer service at Marion, IL. The role supports internal and external customers with rental needs and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience in customer service or retail or administrative support is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations, rate quotes, and general questions.
• Provide high level of customer service in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers and assist with rental needs and directions.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and available services.
• Perform administrative and billing support tasks as needed.
