Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for a full-time Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) at the Waynesboro, VA location. You will provide high-level customer service, handle rental needs, and support branch operations in a busy environment.

The role includes assisting customers face-to-face and over the phone, processing transactions, and potentially selling protection options. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with match and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years (total points ≤ 8).
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance.
• Assess rental condition at return and process returns, check-ins and exit transactions.
• Market the company while picking up or dropping off customers safely and courteously.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features and additional services.
• May sell optional protections, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment.
• Notify Management of vehicle problems or maintenance needs.
• Perform basic accounting tasks and billing support.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, questions, and vendor communications.
