Enterprise Mobility in Akron, OH is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) to deliver a high level of customer service in a branch environment and support rental operations.

The role includes greeting customers, explaining terms, offering upgrades and protections, handling reservations and follow-ups, and ensuring smooth vehicle returns. Schedule is Mon-Sat with 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and starting pay of $17/hour; full benefits and 401(k) with company match.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record within past 3 years.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and services to customers.
• Offer upgrades, protection products, and fuel options as appropriate.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local information for customers.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries via calls.
• Assist with vehicle return inspections and notify management of issues.
