Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Senior (CAR Sr) to deliver top-tier service at a St. Peters, MO location. The role handles in-branch and phone inquiries, reservations, and rental support, with a 47-hour work week and overtime paid for hours over 40.

Compensation is $19.05 per hour and includes a benefits package. Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting customers, processing returns and billing tasks, and coordinating with management on vehicle

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 1+ year of customer service, retail, or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions.
• Provide high level customer service in person and over the phone.
• Greet customers, provide directions, and assist with rental needs.
• Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
• Notify management of vehicle issues and maintenance needs.
• Perform basic administrative and billing support tasks.
