The role requires a 10+ year track record in sales or business development, a strong command of communication and negotiation, and travel 30–40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field is required or highly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in plastics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
• Willingness to travel 30-40%.

Responsibilities
