Job summary

Royal Technologies Corp. is seeking a dynamic Customer Business Unit Manager to drive growth in our mission-critical markets.

You will own new business development, build strong customer relationships, and lead strategic sales initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role requires a proven track record in sales and business development within plastics industries, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel 30-40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field, highly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the plastics industr
• Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers at all levels
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
• Ability to travel 30-40%

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Prospect, qualify, and onboard new customers, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and exceed expectations.
• Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with key decision-makers, collaborating closely to provide tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and our product offerings to effectively position Royal as a leading provider.
• Negotiation: Conduct effective negotiations to secure favorable terms and drive profitable sales
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
