Job summary

Royal Technologies, a diverse manufacturer of injection molding, urethane foam and assemblies, is seeking a dynamic Customer Business Unit Manager to join our growing team in Hudsonville, MI.

You will lead new business development, craft sales strategies to hit revenue targets, and collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations to deliver tailored solutions for key customers. The role offers quarterly bonuses and ESOP ownership and on-site wellness facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field, highly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the plastics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to travel 30-40%.

Responsibilities

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
