Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years customer service experience.
• EDI and SAP experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Logistics and manufacturing experience.
• Aggressive self-starter with proactive communication.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to multi-task without sacrificing accuracy.
• 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Process orders received via fax or email accurately and timely
• Proactively communicate with customers to give updates on important order changes
• Work closely with multiple departments such as Shipping/Receiving, Production, Purchasing and Sales
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Greet visitors in a respectful and professional manner
