Job summary

Sika is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our New Jersey retail team. You will manage residential key accounts from order entry to payment, maintain strong customer relationships, and collaborate with sales and support to ensure a seamless service experience.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in customer service, with full working knowledge of SAP and familiarity with EDI processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of customer service or related experience.
• Full working knowledge of SAP and familiarity with EDI process.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the retail team to manage key customer responsibilities for residential accounts from order entry to payment.
• Ensure reliable, professional service through collaboration with sales and support teams.
• Track performance metrics for quality, availability, and on-time shipments via customer portals.
• Act as a liaison between internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Address customer complaints promptly to achieve resolution.
• Communicate with key customers (Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon, etc.) to quote and process orders.
• Process RMAs, credits and rebills when required.
• Identify EDI errors daily to ensure smooth order flow.
• Support management in implementing strategy and initiatives.
