Champion Packaging & Distribution Inc. is seeking a Spotter for the 2nd shift in Woodridge, IL. You will handle inbound/outbound shipments, prepare loads, and coordinate with carriers while ensuring safety and compliance with DOT guidelines.

The role operates 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) Monday through Friday, with overtime during peak seasons and potential for weekend work. Requires familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office.

Competenze

• Ability to multi-task without sacrificing accuracy.
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Excel and Word and SAP.
• Strong data entry skills.

Mansioni

• Verify and prepare shipments; verify info against bills of lading, invoices, orders.
• Maintain schedule of customer deliveries.
• Direct others in preparing shipments as needed.
• Coordinate pickup with carriers per purchase orders.
• Driver paperwork and forklift safety inspections.
• Move trailers between dock and yard and secure loads.
