Job summary

PostNet Bethlehem, under new local ownership, seeks a friendly, dependable Senior Customer Service Representative to assist customers and small businesses with shipping, printing, mailbox services and more. You’ll operate the POS system and store equipment, train staff, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied with the right solution.

Candidates should have retail customer service experience, exceptional service skills, and the ability to translate requirements into final products.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills in a friendly, professional manner.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into final products or services.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; Canva & Adobe a plus).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with shipping, printing, mailbox services and related offerings.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and store equipment.
• Train and mentor Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries in person, via email, and by phone.
• Open/close center, manage cash register, and support inventory.
• Coordinate with couriers and vendors and ensure high standards.
