Job summary

PostNet Bethlehem is seeking a friendly, dependable Senior Customer Service Representative to assist customers with shipping, printing, mailbox services and more. You will operate the POS, copiers/printers, rental computers, and other store equipment. Training may be provided.

You will work with customers daily, identify needs, and recommend solutions to ensure the job is done right the first time. Key responsibilities include assisting with shipping, printing estimates, and orders, handling

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or sales experience in retail.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner.
• Shipping and/or printing experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into final products or services.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software (MS Office; Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with shipping and packaging services, printing estimates and orders.
• Assist customers in person, by email, and by phone.
• Process customer sales through the point-of-sale system.
• Upsell and cross-sell, and participate in marketing initiatives.
• Open/close the center and manage cash register and center systems.
• Maintain inventory and ensure store standards.
• Interact with couriers and vendors and coordinate with staff.
