Job summary

Zappi is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager in the Boston area to help customers derive maximum value from our platform. You will onboard, train, and guide mid-market to enterprise clients while maintaining strong executive relationships.

You will collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Marketing to reduce churn and grow accounts, advocating for customers and driving data-driven strategies. Flexibility for remote work is available; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Proven ability to drive value and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for on-site customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer value and platform adoption to drive retention and growth.
• Lead onboarding and training with Sales and Implementation teams.
• Be product and platform expert to advise customers on best solutions.
• Manage churn risk and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Build relationships across customer orgs and internal teams.
• Advocate for customers to shape product and strategy.
• Drive proactive, data-driven planning and process improvements.
