Job summary

Zappi is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Marketing in Boston, MA. The role leads the planning and execution of global events, both in-person and virtual, to strengthen brand presence and demand generation.

You’ll partner with Sales and Customer Success to engage target accounts and deliver high-impact experiences. In this hands-on role you’ll manage budgets, vendors and timelines, while driving post-event follow-ups and performance metrics to improve future events.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, event marketing, field marketing or experiential marketing within a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing events from planning through onsite execution and post-event follow-up.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with many moving pieces.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of Zappi’s event calendar, including conferences, trade shows, customer events, webinars, and virtual experiences.
• Develop event plans, timelines and briefs, coordinating all pieces to deliver events on time and high standard.
• Manage event logistics including venues, catering, AV, signage, shipping and onsite coordination.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop event messaging, creative assets and pre/post-event communications.
• Work with Sales and Customer Success to identify accounts, drive attendance and conduct post-event follow-ups.
• Lead post-event debriefs and use data to improve future events.
