Job summary

Stravito is hiring a senior Customer Success Manager to own engagement and value delivery for a US-based portfolio of enterprise customers. You will manage relationships with executive and daily stakeholders, driving adoption and expansion through deep customer insights.

In a remote-first, globally distributed team, you will collaborate with Product, Tech & Design to deliver value, report to the US Lead CS Manager, and identify patterns across use cases to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as an enterprise Customer Success Manager for Fortune 1000 accounts.
• Ability to listen, distinguish between statements and drivers, and act on insights.
• Business-oriented, focused on growing and scaling customer value.
• Thrives in start-up and remote-first environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support and develop a portfolio of enterprise customers (B2B).
• Connect with executive and day-to-day stakeholders to build value drivers.
• Identify patterns and synergies across end-user use cases to grow impact.
• Share customer learnings and insights with the Stravito team.
• Report to the Lead Customer Success Manager for the US.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech & Design to make it happen.
