Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Sr. Trainer, CSO Enablement to design and deliver scalable training for the Customer Success organization. You will collaborate with Revenue leaders and Enablement teammates to ensure a seamless learner journey.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, learner-centric design, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced fintech environment. A minimum of 5 years in training and SaaS familiarity is expected.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of teaching, training, or related field.
• Experience in SaaS, training design, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, upskill, and continuing education courses for CSO Enablement.
• Develop and deliver scalable training content.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and enablement teams.
