Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking a Level III Business Systems Analyst to join the client IT team. You will ensure timely, accurate service delivery and act as a liaison among clients, client teams, and IT staff.

This role emphasizes translating requirements into actionable design and maintaining comprehensive documentation. The position requires 4–6 years in PBM or related fields, with strong SQL, Oracle forms, and Unix skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of related experience in PBM, Pharmacy, Managed Healthcare or similar role
• Experience in healthcare IT and business systems analysis
• Ability to balance a high volume of work with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to design best-in-class technology solutions that integrate data and processes
• Translates business needs into system and functional requirements for IT development
• Develops and maintains project plans, test plans and user acceptance criteria
• Creates and updates documentation, data flows and use cases for changes
• Conducts analyses on gaps, risks and impacts of system changes
• Supports service delivery and incident management with timely, accurate responses
