MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. seeks a Business Systems Analyst IV to bridge end-users and IT, analyzing complex systems and defining user needs. You will translate requirements into functional specs and coordinate changes from design through release.

Responsibilities include leading design sessions, collaborating with technical teams, and mentoring others as needed. Strong SDLC knowledge and experience with Agile/Waterfall are required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 6+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 2 years of SME in respective areas
• Knowledge of Visio, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Oracle database and Oracle SQL; OLTP.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (preferred)
• Working knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Good project planning skills (creation and definition) and ability to lead meetings

Responsabilités

• Interviews end-users/customers to define business requirements for complex software modifications and enhancements.
• Meets with external clients to discuss enhancement requests as needed.
• Translates business requirements into functional specifications.
• Coordinates and responds to requests for changes from original specifications.
• Facilitates design sessions with business and technical resources.
• Defines and documents requirements, business rules, and system specifications.
• Drives and/or leads projects to completion for assigned projects.
• Develops project plans and provides regular status updates to management.
