You will design, configure, and test change requests, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation. Strong SQL skills and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

The role involves analyzing system logic for claims adjudication, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and maintaining high-quality configuration standards to optimize healthcare value.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 1+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate MS Office skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with configuring client benefits, formulary, and claims systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supports client configuration of benefits, pharmacy and formulary.
• Performs change requests design, configuration and in-unit testing.
• Ensures adherence to project timelines and maintains documentation.
