Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst IV to bridge end-users and IT.

You will translate complex business needs into functional specifications, lead design sessions, and drive projects through SDLC with both Agile and Waterfall methods. Responsibilities include eliciting requirements, documenting business rules, creating use cases and flow diagrams, and coordinating with technical teams to deliver cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 6+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 2 years of SME in respective areas.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC and requirements engineering.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specs.
• Proven skills in use case modeling and process diagrams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with interviews to elicit customer needs.
• Ability to lead design sessions and drive projects.

Responsibilities

• Interview end-users to define business requirements for complex software modifications.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and business rules.
• Lead design sessions with business and tech teams.
• Develop project plans, track progress and report updates.
• Create Use Case Diagrams and flow diagrams.
• Coordinate changes and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor junior analysts as needed.
