Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. in the United States seeks a Business Systems Analyst IV, Medicaid FFS, to bridge end-users and IT by analyzing complex systems and translating needs into precise specifications.

You will drive projects, document requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with Medicaid FFS strategies. This exempt, on-site role offers growth and impact within a leading PBM.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 6+ years’ experience in relevant areas.
• Experience with Medicaid or PBM environment preferred.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred.
• Experience with SDLC and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Interview end-users to define complex business requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs.
• Lead design sessions with business and technical resources.
• Define and document requirements and business rules.
• Develop project plans, prioritize tasks, and report progress.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and QA support.
