Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking a Level III Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our client team. You will ensure timely, accurate service delivery as liaison between clients, client teams, and IT staff.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years in Pharmacy Benefit Management or related field, with strong skills in SQL coding, Oracle forms, and MS Office. Domestic travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management or related role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL coding and Oracle forms; UNIX familiarity.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to create best-in-class solutions that integrate technology, information, and business processes.
• Matches appropriate technology solutions to business needs.
• Translates requirements into design specifications with IT developers.
• Maintains client file layouts, relationships and logic in MedImpact applications.
• Creates and maintains documentation and project plans for changes and testing.
• Ensures timely service delivery and issue resolution; supports training and communication.
