Job summary

CECO Environmental seeks a seasoned Project Manager III in Addison, TX to lead cross‑functional, high‑complexity projects within Sales, Engineering, Finance and Management. You will establish scope, manage risks, timelines, and budgets, and coordinate multiple concurrent programs to ensure on‑time, within‑budget delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, PMP or CAPM is desirable, and strong communication with staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent; MBA desired.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience on distributed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across staff and clients.
• Ability to work extended hours to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional projects with high complexity across Sales, Engineering, Finance and Management.
• Develops project plans for schedule, resources, and budget; tracks progress and risks.
• Manages requirements gathering, scope, issues, and changes.
• Communicates status through formal reports and ad-hoc updates.
• Ensures deliverables meet requirements and are completed on time and within budget.
• Supports continuous improvement of PM processes and standards.
