Job summary

CEC Facilities LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Texas to oversee multiple projects, drive strategy, and mentor PMs, APMs, and PE’s. You will manage risks, budgets, schedules, and client communications across complex, multi-site programs.

You’ll lead procurement, change orders, and QA/QC programs while promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring alignment with contract requirements. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent education in construction management or related field.
• 7+ years of project management and estimating experience.
• Commercial general contracting experience, preferably in the data center or mission-critical space, preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor planning and manage relationships with senior contacts.
• Oversee project portfolio financial health and forecasting.
• Review proposals to ensure scope, schedule, and pricing are executable.
• Direct procurement strategy for complex or high-value projects.
• Oversee safety planning, JHAs, and training before work starts.
• Mentor PMs and guide team leaders on communication and leadership.
• Lead risk planning and mitigation strategies across projects.
• Oversee change order accuracy and timeliness.
