Job summary

CECO Environmental in Addison, TX seeks a Sr. IT Project Manager to lead Enterprise Business Application transformation projects (ERP/CRM/HCM) with focus on D365 migrations. You will manage cross-functional teams, align scope, schedule, and budget, and drive change management across IT and business stakeholders.

You will create PMO artifacts, ensure SOX compliance, coordinate with partners, and deliver high-value solutions on time. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; 5+ years deploying Enterprise Business applications.
• 5+ years working as a Project Manager in a corporate IT organization; experience with ERP migrations.
• Recent and relevant experience in performing D365 ERP Migrations and SOX Compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP migration projects and IT program governance.
• Create ERP Migration Plan with PMO artifacts and project milestones.
• Outline timing, approach, and scope with ERP architecture leads.
• Communicate migration status across IT and business stakeholders.
• Manage risk, change management, data migration, and cutover activities.
• Ensure SOX controls compliance and audit readiness for projects.
