Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking a Project Manager III to lead cross-functional initiatives with sales, engineering, finance and management. You will drive project scope, requirements, planning, risks, and budgets to deliver multiple projects on time and within budget.

You will gather requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, monitor progress, and provide status updates while promoting PM process improvements. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years PM experience are required; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. MBA desired.
• 5+ years demonstrated project management experience and project implementation.
• Experience with distributed project teams required.
• Excellent prioritization and organization skills, especially for multitask work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all staff levels and clients.
• Ability to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish scope and detailed requirements for the project, facilitating sessions with stakeholders and documenting requirements.
• Identify and manage issues, risks and changes.
• Communicate and follow up with team members to ensure tasks meet plans.
• Develop project plans for schedule, resources, and budget.
• Monitor progress and report status to stakeholders with formal updates.
