Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking a Project Manager III to lead cross-functional projects with high complexity. You will ensure requirements are defined, deliverables met, and projects finish on time and within budget while mentoring other team members.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and experience with Dynamics 365. Travel may be required, and a PMI/PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years demonstrated project management experience and project implementation.
• Experience with distributed project teams.
• Excellent prioritization and organization skills for multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all staff and clients.
• Able to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Experience communicating complex technical information clearly to varied audiences.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-effort environments.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or equivalent ERP system.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish scope and detailed requirements for the project.
• Identify and manage issues, risks and changes.
• Communicate and follow-up regularly with team members.
• Develop project plans for schedule, resources, and budget.
• Monitor and track progress against plans.
• Report status to stakeholders through formal and informal methods.
• Communicate status and project goals to team and stakeholders.
• Create regular status reports.
• Engage in continuous improvement of PM processes and standards.
• Monitor project hours and costs against estimates and budget.
• Monitor and report on the project budget.
• Other duties as required.
