Job summary

CECO Environmental in Addison, TX, seeks a Sr. IT Project Manager to lead enterprise business application transformation projects, including ERP migrations (D365).

You will partner with the CECO ERP team, lead cross-functional groups, manage scope, schedule and budget, and apply change management to deliver business value with quality. The role requires strong communication and audit-ready governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager in a corporate IT organization.
• Recent and relevant experience performing D365 ERP migrations.
• Working knowledge of SOX compliance activities within project management.
• Strong relationships with collaborators across an organization and external partners.
• Ability to move technical projects forward with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Drive ERP migrations and IT projects, aligning with IT program leadership.
• Outline timing, approach and scope with IT ERP leads.
• Communicate migration status across IT and business teams.
• Lead ERP migrations and traditional IT projects.
• Create standard artifacts for each project and schedule deliverables.
• Provide leadership to project teams and outline work plans.
• Staff project activities and recruit personnel as needed.
• Collaborate with internal/external project managers and stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for delivery teams.
• Manage organizational change, training, testing, data migration, cutover.
• Implement project communications plans and weekly/status meetings.
• Ensure SOX documentation and artifact management for audits.
• Maintain continuous improvement mindset and mature PM practices.
