Job summary

CECO Environmental Corporation seeks a Project Manager III to oversee cross-functional, high-complexity projects across Sales, Engineering, Finance and Management. You will establish scope, manage requirements, risks, and budget, and ensure on-time delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders, prepare status reports, and drive PM process improvements.

Travel up to 5% may be required. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a proven track record in managing multiple projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA desired.
• 5+ years of demonstrated project management experience and project implementation.
• Experience with distributed project teams.
• Excellent prioritization and organization, especially managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of communicating with all staff levels and clients.

Responsibilities

• Establishes scope and detailed requirements for the project, including facilitating requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders.
• Identifies and manages issues, risks and changes.
• Communicates regularly with team members to ensure tasks are completed on plan.
• Develops project plans for schedule, resources, and budget.
• Collaborates with resources managers, lead team members, Finance, and executives.
• Monitors and reports on project status and progress.
