Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking a Project Manager III to lead cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment. You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Management to ensure requirements are defined and delivered on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes strong communication, risk management, and process improvement across multiple concurrent projects, with opportunities to contribute to environmental and energy transition initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA desired.
• 5+ years demonstrated project management experience and project implementation.
• Experience with distributed project teams.
• Excellent prioritization and organization, able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication across staff levels and clients.
• Willingness to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-effort environments.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes scope and requirements for projects, documents requirements and manages through lifecycle.
• Identifies and manages issues, risks and changes.
• Communicates with team members to ensure tasks meet plans.
• Develops project plans for schedule, resources, and budget.
• Collaborates with managers, finance and executives.
• Monitors progress and reports status to stakeholders.
• Manages project hours and costs against estimates and budget.
