Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a results-driven CRO/Optimization expert to lead high-impact landing page and funnel tests for our high-traffic campaigns. You will own test design, execution, and reporting, translating insights into revenue-driving optimizations across multiple brand channels.

You will collaborate with Copy, Design, and Media teams to balance KPIs, ensure QA, and iterate quickly. A strong background in direct response marketing and analytics is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong follow-through and task ownership with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience running A/B tests, QA'ing launches, and reporting outcomes.
• Comfortable updating copy, layout, and page flows within testing tools or CMS.
• Solid understanding of factors that impact conversion, even if not the strategist.
• Ability to balance internal and external pressure to drive KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests to optimize performance across high-traffic campaigns.
• Lead revenue-driving optimizations through hands-on building, multi-variate analysis, launching, and reporting.
• Ensure flawless execution and continuous iteration while balancing KPIs.
• Collaborate with optimization leads to move quickly on ideas and become SME for assigned offer verticals.
• Work cross-functionally to finalize inputs, creative, and launches.
• Create and monitor reports tracking multiple KPIs, internal and external.
